DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing, interview coordination, preparing salary proposals, offer management and onboarding
Foster good relationships with internal stakeholders, recruiting partners and candidates
Maintain candidate database to build talent pipeline and ensure quality recruiting data for analysis
Proactively track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and time-to-hire, for evaluation of hiring process and recruitment strategies
Partner with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their hiring requirements and priorities
Ensure processes and procedures pertaining to hiring and onboarding are executed in compliance with internal policies and local regulatory standards
Support activities of managing the HR information system which includes collaborating with stakeholders on issue and incident resolution, change management and system enhancements
Upkeep proper documentation on system protocols and ensure HR information system set-up is in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local regulations
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting
Experience in agency recruiting will be a plus
Able to perform independently under limited supervision and navigate ambiguity and constant change in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
Resourceful and meticulous with an eye for detail
Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to apply a systematic and methodical approach to problem solving
