DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work with the customer care team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. Greet customers and merchants warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling. To handle all enquiries from customers and merchants, and provide appropriate feedback and alternatives within the time limits. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Resolve product or service problems via phone, email, mail or social media by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. To provide support and user guidance for Company’s services and products. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by immediate superior.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate with at least one (1) year of working experience in customer service is preferred. Experience in a call or contact centre environment will be an added advantage. Candidate must be good at multitasking and ability to resolve conflict and problems for customers and merchants. Good computer literate, especially in MS applications and good troubleshooting skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and team player. The ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. The capacity to remain calm under intense pressure, especially when dealing with angry customers; customer orientation and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters. Good telephone etiquette, i.e. well-presented, tactful, polite, patient and attentive. Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and additional speaking or writing language will be a plus. Willing to work on shifts including night shift. Minimum six (6) months contract position available at start and conversion as the permanent position will be subjected to individual performance and achievement. Working locations: Kepong, Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur or Bandar Sunway, Selangor. Candidate must possess at least a minimum SPM or above level or any other equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
