REQUIREMENT
Diploma or ablove in any disciplines Minimum 1 year experience in customer service hotline in hospitality sector and / or service hotline being highly preferred Experience in working with a team in shifts to achieve company set service standard goals Ability to handle serious verbal and written complaint cases Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential Positive, self-motivated and flexible are desired qualities Proficient in MS office applications is necessary for report generation Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory
