DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Receptionist duties - serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately with a helping and positive attitude, informing company personnel of visitor arrival. Employee onboarding - assist in welcoming new employees and providing necessary information. Supplier/supplies management - managing delivery, accepting goods/supplies. Meeting room management - daily check of meeting rooms, preparing meeting room as requested setup Courier/Mail services - arrange for courier/mail services, accept courier/mail, and promptly inform personnel. Security system/access card management - logging of employees and visitor information accurately, issuance of security and vending machine card Helpdesk services - providing necessary information and accepting requests of employees
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 year of working experience as a receptionist Strong technology skills - good at using Google Suite (i.e. Gmail, Gsheets and etc.) Able to communicate in a clear and precise manner while maintaining a helpful and professional tone Able to juggle different tasks and good time management to prioritize tasks Outgoing personality - seen as a helpful, bubbly personality who will fit in our culture Great soft skills and emotional intelligence - able to understand concerns of employees/visitors, provide helpful information, and think out of the box to provide a temporary solution
