DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for all-round receptionist duties in a professional and polite manner, including but not limited to guests greeting, phone call and emails handling, mailing order, courier services, etc.
Handle booking, cancellation and re-confirmation requests for guests.
Manage reception and waiting areas, including hygiene and identifying repairs that need doing, materials that need ordering.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Process settlement of guests’ accounts and ensure that appropriate payment methods are adhered to.
Greet guests in a professional and warm manner to ensure their guests’ experience is positive and memorable.
Provide professional advice on the various range of beauty or wellness packages and services.
Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 1 year concierge service working experience.
Knowledge of booking system and cashier experience is preferable.
Cheerful, customer-oriented, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
Willing to work on shift.
Immediate available is preferred
