Able to handle customer objection and come out with solution Explore, identify and develop new customer based (locally and overseas) Provide after sales such as handling loan documents and solicitors Expand market & clientele and contribute positively to achieve sales targets Showroom presentation and commitment checking Review sales performance Negotiating price and package with buyers and owners Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets
REQUIREMENT

SPM (Min 5 passes) / Degree or higher academic in any fields. Independent, discipline and result driven. Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Computer literate and numerate. Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Good presentation and communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
