REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3, preferably S1 in IT or computer related Proven working experience in technical writing of software or website documentation, and procedural materials for multiple audiences Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same role. Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics and concepts, and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Documents (Google Doc, Google Sheet, etc.) Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and software development Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization Ability to work with multiple different personality types while managing work load within a fast paced, energetic, and dynamic workplace Excellent analytical skills to understand product requirements Have knowledge and experience in UML (Flow chart, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, ERD etc.). Experienced in using documentation tools like Notion, Draw.io, Whimsical, Visio, etc. Exceptional writing skills to describe business process and technical details in a concise yet easily understandable wordings An English proficient candidate
