DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Creating and implementing new strategies to increase the revenues and the number of clients. Identify B2B's new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. Customer development, communication, and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction. Work together with teams to deliver project and clients target.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in any major Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in a commercial property product, handling local & international corporate. Driven and hunger to achieve results, independent, self-starter, and initiative. Must have a strong relationship with local & international agencies. Excellent communication skills Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, oral and written. Fluent in Japanese/Mandarin is an advantage. Technology literate, creative, and innovative. Able to do presentations to Brands or Clients and able to operate Ms. Power Point.
