Handle administrative work for Relationship Managers and liaise with relevant departments to execute transactions Answer queries from RMs on transactional activity, operations, systems and res o lve su c cessfully Assist RMs in marketing and executing investment products Assist RMs in monitoring clients'position Handle all client documents and reporting comply with internal process standards Highlight suspicious activities/behavior of clients and staff e.g. account i rregularities . Att e nd all Private Bank Complia n ce and other training To alert and assist RMs in marketing investment products whenever appropriate To play a significant role in minimizing operational losses Handle clients' enquir i es / needs and assi s t in s e rvicing their requirement Understand the Bank's CDD/AML framework. Highlight any suspicious transactions to RM's,team leader's and Complian c e .
