DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Installing computer networks and CCTV to support the company's work processes
Perform computer troubleshooting to find out the damage that occurs so that it can be repaired immediately
Maintain and repair printers and other hardware to support smooth work processes
Perform telephone installations to support work processes in terms of communication in the company
Receive, prioritize, and resolve requests for assistance from users regarding hardware to ensure user needs are met
Train users in using the equipment so that errors do not occur in its use
Monitor data file usage and manage access to protect information in computer files
Building working relationships with all departments to create good cooperation Maintain confidentiality of information processed and stored in the system to maintain data confidentiality
Follow program company:
Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.
REQUIREMENT
Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Have Knowledge's: Computer network, Computer crash, Knowledge of computer, network, and CCTV troubleshooting
Have Skill's : Mastering telephone, CCTV, and computer networks; Build a good working relationship with users, Computer and network troubleshooting, Analytical thinking
Have attitude's : Focus on Consumers, Serving Quality, Communicate Well
Understanding vision mission company & safety policy
Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
