REQUIREMENT
Bachelor of Accounting from reputable university (fresh graduate are welcome) Excellent written and oral communication in English Fluent in Mandarin language will be advantage Have experience at least 3 years in Public Accounting Firm or Internal audit or insurance company Have excellent computer skill ability (Ms Office, Ms Visio, Open Office), able operate ACL will be advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of Risk Based Audit, COSO, Enterprise Risk Management, Total Quality Management, ISO 9001, Balance Scorecard, and insurance business process Good personality, high integrity, independence and objectivity. Ability to work independently and team, demonstrate highly initiative and motivate, and willingness to travel (around Indonesia) Have well develop investigative, evaluate, and problem solving ability Good analytical, good reporting, communication and presentation skill Hard and smart worker, adaptable, loyal, and able work under pressure and overtime
