Provide administrative support
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
To create and publish operational rosters using Virtual Roster (VR), daily approval of Time Manager (TM) for the department
Assist on Internal and External training request coordination and keep track of all training records
Assist on all IT services request for the department and keep track of all IT assets.
Raising Purchase Requisition in Ariba system and perform good receiving upon receipt
Prepare monthly interdepartmental billing work orders billable to other Business Units
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain Business & Admin SOP
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports in Concur
Any other ad hoc duties when necessary
REQUIREMENT
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and copiers
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
