DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for the overall end-to-end network technical support of the technical team (including wireless, transmission, microwave, satelite, energy, monitoring, etc).
Ensure the quality of the overall network, evaluate the status of the network and propose optimal solutions based on the existing situation.
Be able to accurately evaluate technical support programs to ensure that the risks of implementing programs are controlled.
Be able to support and solve high-risk network problems as a technical expert.
Good communication skills with customers and suppliers, able to obtain relevant information in time and ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENT
Have more than 10 years experience in OSS/NMS, good background in communication technology
Bachelor degree or above, major in communication engineering, electronic information, computer, project management,
Fluent english skills
Strong management ability and coordination ability
