DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved 2. Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees 3. Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware 4. Analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues such as hardware problems and network interruptions 5. Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Information Technology and have more than 2 years working experience in IT Support 2. Advanced skill in software and hardware maintenance for laptops, desktops and other IT devices 3. Prioritize candidate who have basic skill in network devices 4 .Fluent in English or Mandarin 5. Good at communication, analyzing & logical thinking, proactive 6. Willing to do Overtime (If Needed) and working location will be in Cikupa, Tangerang
