DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through partnership, networking and etc Set up meetings with potential clients, partners and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demo on software product Prepare sales proposals and quotations Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience as a sales person/ representative or relevant role Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Should have market knowledge and the type of industry he/she is working with Should be a strategic thinker and visionary and help in making profitable future business deals Competitive and aggressive sales nature Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Professional attitude and appearance Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and great passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations A degree in Sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Basic mathematic skills. Prior experience in retail. Excellent customer service skills. Motivation to work through busy shifts
