DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for the whole spectrum of learning, organizational development, talent management, performance management. S/he must build strong relationship and extensive communication with respective business units to bring best solutions in people management and people development.
REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of Training & Development Having a certification as a trainer is a plus Familiar with Hospitality and F&B Speak fluent English in written and verbal Good presentation skills Strong leadership and excellent organizational skill Able to work under minimum supervision Develop, Coordinate, and deliver effective induction programs Align Cinemaxx operation team towards company Vision Interest with Movie and Cinema Operation Identify training and developent needs fo Cinemaxx trough job analysis and regular consultation with Cinema Managers and Area Managers Provide informative training material for knowledge transfer to achieve seamless and standard practice across board Provide to direct superior with recommendations of training needed to suppport duties and responbilities Willing to Business Trip around Indonesia ex: Kalimantan, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Bali, Nusa Tenggara and Java
