DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Manage finance, accounting and taxation functions 2. Develop financial, budget and tax strategies 3. Provide cash flow forecasting 4. Manage accounting process 5. Liaise with all departments & regional financing team 6. Performing finance operations, accounting management and tax reporting 7. Preparing & uploading payments and disbursements to management system 8. Tracking the company's financial status and performance to identify potential areas for improvement 9. Cost control & revenue optimisation 10. Direct involvement in cross functional coordination such as for partnership, marketing, etc to optimise cost & revenue 11. Ideally growing with the company to become Head of Finance, Accounting & Tax. 12. Maintain and review Tax and Accounting procedure & policy 13. Responsible for Internal & External Audit Financial Report
REQUIREMENT

1. Male Or Female 2. age max 40 years old 3. The candidate should have at least Minimal 6-7 years of working experience in the same position , IT'S A MUST 4. Mimimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent 5. Preferably Manager specialized in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent 6. Expert to Financial, Tax and Accounting Reporting 7. Required Skill(s) : Had a great knowledge in Tax and Financial Statement 8. Familiar With FMCG Bussines 9. Familiar With SAP Sofware 10.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 11.Good leadership skill, and coaching skills 12. Computer literate is a must 13. Initiative, Responsible, Disciplined, Honest, neat and detail oriented 14. Good command of speaking and written English 15. Able to work independent as well as team work, and able to work under pressure 16. Excellent problem solving & self-motivation 17. Good Analytical thinking
