Recording and maintaining the company assets
Dealing and maintaining the good relationship with company (and vendors that provided the services that supported the operational and business
Provided the accomodations for all events that handled by the company
Maintaining all confidential, internal and public documents that related to company or vendors
Set up the preparation of meeting or training
Doing transaction and approval regarding purchasing, reimbursement, and all financial process in bank
Making operational financial report of the company
Providing the weekly report/monthly report to the Manager/Management regarding Asset, and Operational Expenses
Report employee absence to HRD
Informed all informations regarding policies/decisions that has been approved by Management to all employees
Helping for operational duties such as invoice, logistic/shipping report, driver schedule, and delivery order
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Preferably with min. 2 years experiences in the same position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English & Indonesian.
Good communication and negotiation skill.
Can handle pressure, teamwork and with strong project skills.
Having the positive attitude and the initiative to work well.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Willing to work at PT. Sanic Jaya Multikreasi, Pegadungan, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat
