Ensuring the internet network in every user is available and maintain the hardware Handling IT devices troubleshooting Responsible for maintain and monitor Wi-Fi Access Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Responsible for maintain IT assets and documentation Solving users problem regarding IT issues
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or bachelor degree in Computer Science Have experience as IT support or help desk at least 2 years Good understanding of computer systems mobile devices, and other products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Network experience (TCP/IP, Mikrotik installation) Willing to be place at Tangerang and or Cikarang
