Providing helps and answers to clients/partners who ask general questions Coordinating with related team if there is unusual question Using Bahasa properly Using English properly (if needed)
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Basic Programming, Communication Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent Analysis and conceptual Having knowledge in Fintech, Payment Gateaway and Virtual Account Having worked as Customer Service or Helpdesk is a BIG PLUS! Willing to work in shift
