DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Keeper of archive files (active and inactive) and responsible for proper arrangement of files in compliance to labour inspection and internal or external auditors. Ensure that documents are files with accuracy and in proper sections
Attend to employee file requests, maintain a logbook for borrowed employee hard files and follow up or escalate if not returned on time
Generate weekly report, make follow-ups with line managers and ensure the right SLA’s are followed
Ensure complete and timely preparation of documents for requests of new Airport Security pass applications or renewals
Arrange delivery of original Emirates ID to staff after scanning and data entry in SAP
Coordinates with Admin Department to ensure complete and timely preparation of documents required for Embassy Appointments for Business Travel purposes.
Request cheque preparation from Finance and send them payment voucher for trade license renewal
Ensure complete and timely preparation of documents for applying sale permit during promotion for all POS across UAE on multiple channels
Reconcile PRO card expenses against submitted actual receipts for HR Executive review and finalization
Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Line Manager
REQUIREMENT
With at least 3 years experience administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus Ability to compile and maintain records, reports and supporting documentation for processing and retrieval Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
