DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The candidate must be able to independently work with the sales and marketing team to organise all inhouse and external marketing events Arrange with hotels for all marketing exhibitions and campaigns Coordinate all office administration functions such as petty cash, stationery, claims submissions, office maintenance Maintain all office and staff filing systems Manage employees attendance matters
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or Marketing Required languages: English and Bahasa Indonesia At least 2 years of working experience in Administration or Marketing is required for this position. Required Skills - Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Very organised person with an attention to details Examplary time and management skills Preferably Executive specialized in Administrative or Marketing support functions. Able to multi tasking and meet tight dead lines
