Handle office administrative work and provide clerical support Handling telephone, email and fax enquiry Providing admin support such as office equipment maintenance, stationery ordering and service arrangement
REQUIREMENT

F.7 or above with min 2 years working experience in sizable companies. Customer service experience is advantage Excellent written spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin Proficiency in PC knowledge, Excel and Chinese word processing Polite with mature personality, able to work under pressure, motivation to learn and good communication skills Immediate available is preferred
