DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist Admin Manager in daily administrative duties for the company. Responsible to customers' admin enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email. Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes. Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities. Ad-hoc duties as be may assigned by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field. FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encouraged to apply. Possess 1 - 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply. Possess positive working attitude, independent and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office. Good in social media skill will be advantage.
