Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project Prepare bills of quantities and other documentation Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly Measure and value the work done on site Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers Select and/or source construction materials Rooftop swimming pool Gym facility for a healthy lifestyle Capsule beds (x2) Nerf Guns!
REQUIREMENT

1. Good written/verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy 2. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills 3. Ability to work and multitask in fast-paced environment 4. Must be able to work independently, take initiative, assume responsibility, and make decisions in an effective and efficient manner 5. Ability to take direction and prioritise as needed
