DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Accepts and process orders tor handover to operations Stay informed on shipment and exception status tor allocated customers Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions Provides spot quotations and performs-up and cross-selling on inbound customer calls Handles customer inquiries Takes and handles any customer complaint Solves customer complaint or assigns task to other functions Acts as first contact point tor customer claims for notification and reception of claims and respective document Collection
REQUIREMENT

A university degree is required Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please) Recent experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in logistics Education Minimal Diploma or S1 Experience Minimal 2 years in same Industry tor handling project freight cargo Fluent in English to communication Can solve problem in good solution Computer Literate
