DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

According to sales info and request, produce letter, quotation and other writing communication to external and internal parties, Handle inquiries, follow up, taking phone calls, meets client visiting office and maintain good relationship with client especially if sales not available, Receive, handling emails addressed to general email address, make sure it is followed up, Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management, Create simple design for company marketing tools such as marketing blast, brochure, sample design board, etc.
REQUIREMENT

age 25 to 35 years Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university Minimum 1 year’ experience in sales administration field Excellent in MS Office Excellent in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe illustrator Fluent in English both oral and written Good customer care skills Having good administration and copywriting skill Accuracy and attention to details Quick learning Having an ability to work independently and as a team
