Managing, continues training and seeing to sales team’s development
Manage day-to-day call floor operations and supervises the daily activities of a team Coach, develop and motivate team to maximize team sales results aligned to KPI’s
Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement and implement corrective action
Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated sales calls
Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put their best to work in order to achieve maximum sales target
To support and enable team member to achieve KPI in productivity i.e call target, sale/s revenue target, productivity
Monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and sales target are met
Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports
Performs call monitoring and provides feedback to telemarketers for improvement
REQUIREMENT
Ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
SPM /Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the area of outbound & contact centre (BPO industry)
Ability to lead and manage a team
A bottom-line performance-driven personality
Good team building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Excellent training, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills
Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
