DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provides administrative assistance to the Sales Department
Assists in preparing sales quotations
Answers calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepares and modifies documents including drafts, emails, memos, and reports
Provides clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of any business/computer-related course Preferably with experience in sales, but not necessary Has good verbal and written communication skills Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Can work under minimum supervision
