DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Business development, cold-calling, & exploring prospects across the industrial sector (factory/warehouse). Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs. Advise clients on their industrial leasing matters in order to establish long term business relationships. Transaction management, update sales transactions across the industrial market and analyze market data for clients. Drive revenue through your work and ultimately meeting your revenue target. Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in economics, engineering, real estate and/or other relevant fields. Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong passion for sales & motivated by sales target. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High initiative and self-motivated. A team player who has a high level of responsibility and discipline. Fluent in English is a must.
