DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

In charge of finding new clients as well as maintaining existing clients. Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs. Develop the portfolio of the targeted property by conducting small research. Provide clients with comprehensive property financial comparison. Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
REQUIREMENT

Education minimum bachelor or master degree from reputable universities (preferably from abroad majoring in business administration, sales or marketing, real estate and/or other relevant fields). Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role (property business will be an added advantage). Recent graduates with strong passion in sales & marketing are encourage to apply. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships. High initiative and self-motivated. Enthusiastic and passionate. Fluent in English is a must.
