DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and locate potential franchisees in selected markets: discovering and exploring opportunities. Devise sales and marketing strategies to acquire new franchisees. Screen potential franchisees by analyzing investment requirements, franchisee’s potential, financials, experience and vision. Pitch to potential franchisees about the benefits and profits of becoming a franchisee. Oversee, manage, and organize sales teams to maximize sales. Meet monthly sales targets given by upper management.
REQUIREMENT

Street smarts and good negotiating skills. Business acumen and financial understanding. Good communication and presentation skills. Good with numbers and data. Team building / managerial experience. High drive and motivation. 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree in any field
