DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies. Send them to the suppliers. Review inventories and order as required. Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis. Review deliveries against the orders. Track the status of any orders. Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods. Handling complaints from Business units regarding quality and services of our vendor. Receive Inventory goods delivery from suppliers. Produce and maintain all reports.
REQUIREMENT

Building relationship with vendors and principals Highly initiative, a team player and a hard worker Strong motivation, discipline & dedication Trustworthy and able to respect confidentiality Good performance, interpersonal and communication skill Computer Literate. Preferebly fluent in English
