DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, e-mails and faxes Creating booking include cross booking in system or manual as per company business process policy application upto booking confirmation booking process policy Receiving the data from sales or inside sales regarding price/rate Has to key in and ensure all needed info in local system are being input correctly and timely Updating info with Transshipment and Logistics team regarding schedule, space (allocation) and container availability Comply with company policy Update shipping knowledge, rules and regulation To do any other assignments when assigned by direct superior Meet with the customer as per customer/sales’ request.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Level of Qualification: Preferably min 1 year professional experience in shipping liner / freight forwarding industry companies, specialist in sea export booking and customer service Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably Shipping / Logistic Management Professional Skills: English fluency (A MUST) Excellent presentation Knowledge of trade / destination rules Awareness of worldwide economy and freight market Proficiency in computer literacy Personal Qualities: High integrity and highly motivated Result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems Good responsible, communication and outgoing person Working Condition: Overtime is required Week-end shift working
