DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for ensuring system accessibility, functionality and stability, working around Incident/Problem/Change management processes
Maintaining and upgrading system devices
Should able to understand SLA matrix and adhere SLA of tickets and update tickets with details
Setting up and troubleshooting Linux patching using Ansible and codes
Troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving capacity issues
Proactively addressing potential issues that may impact customer’s services
Implementing global best practices in IT service operation (like ITIL, etc.)
Ready to work in On-call support to troubleshoot any critical system outages.
Knowledge on AIX/ Linux Installation/Configuration/Upgrade/ Troubleshooting
Knowledge on AWS, Cloud environment and troubleshooting
Experience on Monitoring tools such as Nagios
Nagios configuration and data analysis
Server Management, Perform Patch implementation and maintenance
Excellent Verbal/Written Communication skill
Experience in managing 24x7 production support and Projects
Experience on SAN would be added advantage.
Should be flexible to work on other technologies (Azure, Network) as well.
Experience in Scripting and troubleshooting scripts like Ansible, docker is required
Experience in Gits, Jenkins and devops tools would be added advantage
Should be RHSA, RHCE and ITIL Certified
AWS certification would be added advantage
REQUIREMENT
Should be Graduate with minimum 6 years of experience
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
Must be amenable to work in Makati, Metro Manila
