DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Attending to project material requisitions promptly Sourcing of supplier quotes in a timely manner Issue Purchase Order (PO) and ensure proper approval authorization Ensure orders are purchased and delivered efficiently Verify Delivery Orders (DO) before submitting to Accounts Department Maintain close communication with Project Executive and Site Supervisors for smooth and accurate purchasing activities Schedule and monitor suppliers/drivers’ deliveries Monitor stock item and unit price in the inventory system Prepare monthly report on the stock issue and balance Obtain pricing on the product for tender and project submissions Attend meetings with suppliers and vendors Adhere to all company regulation and policy on purchasing matters
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
