Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.00. • knowledge of HR System & Database • Knowledge of labour law & HR best practices • People Oriented & Result Driven • Good Negotiation Skill, Communicative & Active. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): SAP, etc, etc Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
