DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and daily monitor operations, maintenance, testing, upgrades, support and general system administration Develop and maintain applicable IT policies, procedures, SOP, design, support and training documentation for operational tasks Understand of network infrastructure technology related problems and ability to troubleshoot a complex network configuration Recommendation and execute modifications to system environments in order to improve efficiency, reliability and performance Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications Creating SAP’s Query and Report Perform other related duties as required
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Comp Science Maximum 35 years old GPA minimum 3.00 Minimum 5 years working experience Proficient in English minimum passive Have leadership skill (mentoring, analytical thinking, planning & monitoring) Responsible, fast and self learner, self motivated, high initiative, and open to new challenges/technologies Willing to placed in Surabaya / Krian Willing to travel out of city / island Have own vehicle and driving license Don’t have acrophobia Having a firm grasp of: Database (SQL Server, MySQL, Crystal Report, etc) Hardware (PC, Printer, CCTV, PABX, etc) Networking (Linux, Router, Mikrotik, Wifi, etc) Security System Text editor (Ms. Office, etc) Image and Movie editor (Photoshop, Corel, etc)
