DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Processing of customers’ orders. To work closely with the logistics department and the sales team to ensure that customer’s orders are processed in a timely manner
• Be the focal point for customers calling in and to respond appropriately with regards to orders and deliveries.
REQUIREMENT
Excellent time management skills • Self starter and should be able to work independently or as part of a team • Good IT knowledge in various Microsoft Office Packages • Well organized with a keen eye for detail • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Ability to work collaboratively among departments. • Ability to manage processes and good problem solving skills. • Reporting skills and ability to use the SQL system to help generate reports and translating them using Microsoft Office softwares. • Good customer care skills • Good written and verbal English • Accuracy and attention to detail • Good organisational skills • Quick to learn
