DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide overall administrative and operational support
Scanning, filing, copying, faxing, binding, couriers and data input
Assist in the preparation of vendor invoice payments
Assist in the processing of staff expense reimbursements
Assist with sourcing vendors (e.g. office equipment, courier, car rental, etc)
Assist in the preparation of A/P vouchers and cost allocation sheet
Assist in recording of staff expense reports
Assist with recording of bank receipts
Assist in preparing cheque payments for vendors and staff expense reimbursement
Filing of payment documents in a timely manner
Provide back up for the receptionist
Assist with conference/meeting coordination when required
Ensure fridge and pantry is kept stocked and the kitchen is both clean and tidy
Assist with FTI Consulting function organisation and events
Act as Fire Safety Marshall
Run errands when required
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Office Manager and Managing Directors
REQUIREMENT
Attention to detail with a high level accuracy
Excellent telephone skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
