DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle complex feedback / dispute / appeal cases Manage customers' feedback on the programme Manage strategic and escalated issues in a professional manner Compile monthly feedback (complaints, compliments, suggestions) and provide periodic trend analysis Update programme's frequently asked questions Conduct proof-reading of programme's Bahasa content (e.g. EDMs, tactical campaign content)
REQUIREMENT

Fluent in both Written and Spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia as it will be part of the duties to liaise with Indonesian Speaking customers Possess relevant experience preferably in contact center environment Able to commence work in short notice
