DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company
General office duties including necessary administrative and secretarial functions, including preparation of correspondences
As document controller, to record, to file and retrieve all documents efficiently and effectively
Assist to key in, prepare payment recommendations and monitor progress of these documents
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed b the superior
REQUIREMENT
SPM / STPM or higher tertiary studies. Good command of English, B.Malaysia and Chinese speaking an added advantage. PC literate. Able to work independently and good working attitudes.
