DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure NPI are successfully launched into production Involved in development stage in various validation, handle the first article (FAI) build, and validation of product configuration Ensure product yields are achieved prior to release to mass production Manage engineering change and product change activities Drive for product DfM and perform validation activities like hardware/component derating analysis Perform Failure Analysis on product failure at PCBA board level Perform software/hardware (firmware) debugging
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Engineering or related disciple Product engineering experience in semiconductor industry Experience in DFM, DFT, DFR, DFFA, DFx, debug tools (Oscilloscope, DMM, Allegro & Network Analyzer), components (DRAM, FPGA, ASIC controller and voltage regulator), C/C++, Python, FMEA Knowledge in circuit analysis and component derating analysis 2D and 3D NAND knowledge with testing is an added advantage
