To translate design concepts into manufacturing reality.
To translate design drawings into engineering drawings.
To create design drawing details and system for fabrication and installation
To generate engineering BOM
Prepare the Dfm and mould flow analysis
Responsible for planning and organizing tooling according to project & customer requirements.
Prepare and complete tooling progress report from time to time.
Coordinate activities concerned with mould maker, scheduling and resolving tooling design.
Evaluate and approve design change, specification and drawing release.
To monitor with mould maker tooling progress time to time.
Review tooling repair and maintenance by efficient methods at economical cost.
To ensure proper and effective tool repair and maintenance.
Responsible in new tool transfer, buy off in and out.
Responsible for ensure every new tool transfer in the good condition.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/ Degree in mechanical / chemical engineering or above.
Required skills : Solidwork, SD software ( Skechup, 3D Max, etc)
Prefer to have 5 years working experiences.
Fully understand tooling function.
Management skills computer literate.
Solid team player and able communicate well.
Able to lead and supervise team of supervisor.
Experience with tooling and moulding process.
Applicant with Mandarin speaking are strongly encouraged to apply.
