Responsible for market development and penetration
Responsible for the operation and supervise / control of the team’s performance in Central Java Branch
Responsible for achieving targets in Modern Trade Channel (National and Local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of Central Java
Builds, develops, and strengthens distribution infrastructure
Achieve distribution width by expanding to new geographies and depth in current towns/markets
Reponsible to maintain the existing outlets and the development of new outlets in Modern Trade Channel (National and Local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of East Java
Builds and grow relationships with Modern Trade Channel (National and Local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of Central Java
Responsible for promotional activities in Modern Trade Channel (National and Local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of Central Java
Plans Quarterly / monthly / weekly targets and set targets
Responsible for reporting and analysis of sales and promotion programs in Modern Trade Channel (national and local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of Central Java
Ensure that all field sales team members and distributors completely comply with the company’s sales system and processes;and follow ethical business practice
REQUIREMENT
Maximum 35 years old
Minimum Bachelor any field related
Minimum 5 years as Area Sales Supervisor or maximum 1-2 years as Area Sales Manager in Central Java Area in Fast Moving Consumer Goods/FMCG industry or Distributor
Effective communication skills and presentation skill
