DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supporting the direct sales executives & business development executives To assist in the production of individual & corporate quotations To follow up all individual & corporate quotations with a view to closing sales Dealing with broker & client queries on a day to day basis Provide phone coverage for all brokers and potential customers calling the Indonesian office Help build broker relationships Sourcing and finding new brokers within all regions To keep a record of all quotes issued to use for future planning Help conduct broker training to improve product knowledge wherever possible To conduct market research for all business regions Document and administer in line with business systems and processes
REQUIREMENT

Telephone sales experience Good working knowledge of financial services products Relationship management skills Experience of dealing with intermediaries Strong communication skills over the phone and face to face Planning & organisation skills Ability to build relationships remotely with a disciplined, methodical & consistent approach. Positive attitude, excellent communicator and target orientated Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Achieves results Customer focused Team player Goal focused Self-learner (takes ownership of learning & self-development) Solutions orientated Ability to work in a small team environment, with the initiative to work independently when required Knowledge of Dynamics would be an advantage Willing to be placed at Lippo Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
