DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Task : Storing documents. Updating records and organize the procurement document. Responding to order issues. Prepared location of meeting by Procurement Team Schedule. Responsibilites : Maintain all records and filling document from all above activities. Ability to colaborate with other unit for ensure all that is needed to support the process of realization of the work. Ensuring that all items purchased are delivered on time and the payment is being made in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENT

Age Max 27 years old Bachelor degree of any major At least 2 years of working experience in related field (Hospital/Clinic/Pharmaceutical) Active person, independent, good negotiation & communication skill Comfort to work in cross functional teams. Have a good commad in english and computer literate Willing to travel
