DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reaching out overdue customer through phonecalls and text based reminder (SMS, Email, Whatsapp). Inform customers of overdue account and amount currently owed. Sent text based reminder to selected criteria customer. Input every activity record into collection system. Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses. Negotiate reasonable payment options. Work closely with field collector when the account must assigned to field collector. Regularly report to collection manager.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 year experience in the banking and/or multi finance. Experienced in fintech industry will be an advantage. A hands on and persistent collections experts familier with collection strategies. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Creative in negotiating repayment terms and methods. Demonstrate a track record in improving loan portfolio quality of unsecured cash and white goods loan products in bank and/or multifinance companies. A team player with good interpesonal skills. Good computer skills are required. Minimum Diploma Degree.
