DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Identify and develop potential new business and, maintain existing customers with good conduct of services.
Coordinate and cooperate with other departments, HO and counterpart offices.
Focus on customers-oriented services with full integrity by quick response, and information update i.e. service changes, rate change, new surcharges, etc.
Monitor market and competitor activities
Follow up request from customer.
Overall teamwork; deal and coordinate with other departments and HO for related matters
Enhance role as information provider to customers in efficient ways, respond to related email communications promptly
Provide Sailing Schedule, roll-over notice to customers, and to related department
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field Required language(s): English Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
