DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Service oriented personality
Has worked in similiar Content Provider or IT Industry (Freshgraduated are welcome).
Handles incoming customer calls, email, and text with professional manners.
Providing information for customer needs.
Responsible for updating all customer complaints monthly.
Prepares for customer service's shift schedule, User Acceptance Test (UAT), content wording, content URL weekly.
Having a good coordination with Business Team and IT Team.
Able to work in underpressure, teamwork spirit, willing to work in shift.
